1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and ceo13 ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the ceo13 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features and content. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using the ceo13 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold one and only one account with ceo13. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or by oversight — are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balances in duplicate accounts will be returned to the verified payment source, net of any bonus funds that were used. To register a valid ceo13 account, you must:

• Submit a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery, and two-factor authentication.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ceo13 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. All monetary amounts on the platform are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless you elect to maintain a USDT or BTC crypto balance. Payment processing is subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20), and BTC. Minimum deposit is ৳200 or the cryptocurrency equivalent. ceo13 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is submitted may be subject to an administration review. ceo13 reserves the right to apply a standard processing review for all first-time withdrawal requests.
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval during business hours. Crypto withdrawals (USDT/BTC) are processed within one working day subject to blockchain confirmation requirements. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

ceo13 is not a bank or financial institution. Wallet balances held on ceo13 do not accrue interest and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Players should not store funds on ceo13 beyond what they intend to use for active play in the near term.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ceo13 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. The following general bonus rules apply to all ceo13 promotions unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on ceo13 — whether on casino games, sports events, or crash games — are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules provided by each software provider take precedence over these general rules where there is a direct conflict.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. ceo13 will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical error that materially affected the outcome of the bet.

9Account Suspension and Termination

ceo13 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any game-specific rules.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by ceo13's compliance team.
• Suspicious activity flagged by ceo13's fraud detection systems, including unusual deposit patterns, rapid fund cycling, or abnormal withdrawal requests.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player. Players who wish to close their account permanently should contact 24/7 live support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified withdrawal method after applicable checks.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ceo13 platform — including but not limited to the ceo13 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, user interface elements, and software — is the exclusive property of ceo13 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
